Attached above is an exam from my Children’s Literature class on the agency and ideology in the book “Artemis Fowl”. In this paper I went into specific details about the book such as where agency as well as ideology can be seen. We wrote papers similar to these throughout the year that required us to dig deep into the books we read.

Children’s literature is one of my favorite elective classes that I have taken. My professor was very nice and did his best to keep his classes entertaining. We did a lot of discussions on this class, which pushed me to write down information while reading the book to prepare for what I wanted to bring up in class. The discussions were a great part of this class because it allowed everyone to have a chance to speak and it got us all acquainted and comfortable with each other.
