Hannah Harrington

As a history major, I tend to put United States history at the bottom of my list of subjects I enjoy. My mindset coming into History 221 was pessimistic. I had written off this course just for credit and not enjoyment. To my surprise, from the first moments I spent in class, I was enjoying my time. Professor Meadows was dedicated to teaching the subject and made every day a fun class period. History 221 taught me that things can always surprise you. You never know what an experience will be like, so why not go into it with a positive attitude.
