Hannah Harrington

I took History 222 for both honors credit and major credit. After my incredible experience with History 221, I was excited to see what Dr. Dudley-Shotwell had to offer. From the first day I felt welcome and appreciated. Dr. Dudley-Shotwell became someone I look up to and admire for her passion and kind nature. The way she teaches her students is engaging and thought-provoking. Each day I was challenged to see the world from a new perspective. I was able to learn history through different lenses which I had never experienced before. I now feel capable to look at the past through other people’s eyes and understand the struggles of different groups.
