Intro to kinesiology was not an easy course sadly. It relied heavily on memorization and included a lot of new information. I enjoyed learning everything new though so it was not much of a struggle. It also helped me to learn about career options besides Physical Therapy. I cannot wait for all of my other kins classes to come!
