Introduction to ethics, Dr. Lukas
Introduction to Ethics, taught by Dr. Lukas was an interesting class. My problem with the class was that, as I am a scientific person, I struggled with the whole question of morality. Whether something is moral or not depends wholly on the individual’s views and what he or she follows. Some people base it off of their community and others off of God or religion. While learning the different views was interesting, I wish there was only one view that everyone in the world followed, even though I know that thought is crazy. This course helped me grow because it taught me that I do not have to agree with a topic or course to be able to receive a good grade. I finished this course in the spring of my sophomore year with an A.
