Intro to Social Inequality Differences (SOCL 233)

Being in this class was interesting because the topics discussed are hard and/or uncomfortable to talk about in an open forum. This class made me more aware of the world around me and things that we take for granted. The main project of this course was a family budgeting project. We were put into groups of 5 and given the background of a family and their yearly income and taxes.

This project was helpful because I learned more about everyday budgeting and how difficult it is to allot money for certain things, and not always being able to afford emergencies or daily wants.
