Goal 11- Fitness Concepts through Exercise (PHED 101)

Fitness Concepts through exercise is a class that teaches about physical activity and fulfills goal 11 of my general education classes.

I enjoyed this class because it let me schedule when I wanted to come in and I could work ahead. I was able to take all quizzes at home and prepare for the labs at home. When going in for the labs I was able to go in with a friend and ask for any help with performing the exercise. My favorite part was learning new exercise and practicing them every week to perfect them before the exam.

During this course we had to track our steps with a Fitbit and record our data at the end of every two weeks. I thought that this was helpful for me to make sure I had enough physical activity every day. We were required to reach at least 10,000 steps a day and then record and reflection on what we did this week on physical monitoring reports.
