Spring 2020 – ATTR 372
Because of the pandemic, we were unable to hold the presentations live. Everyone recorded their presentation, uploaded it to YouTube, and then uploaded it to a discussion board. We had a large discussion within the entire program where we had to ask at least 5 people a question about their research and respond to each other. This continued over time for a few days before the discussion board closed. However, you are free to watch my presentation by clicking on the link below!
Reflection: This year’s research was a little easier to navigate because I am getting used to reading these articles and pin pointing the important aspects. The research and article process is the longest part of this project. I learned a lot more this semester about what makes a sports medicine article trustworthy. I also researched more about the upper extremity evaluation process which helped me through my upper extremity class. It was much easier to present this year because I did not have to present in front of a room of people. I think this video presentation was one of my best because I had all my lines memorized and was able to deliver them without being shaky or nervous. This also introduced me to online learning and the benefit of discussion boards.
