HONS 295 – Love, Sex, and Friendship
Reflection
This class was not what I was expecting at all. When I signed up for this class, I thought it would be focused around more modern examples; however, we get to learn this historical aspects of the topics as well. At first, when I found this out, I thought I was going to be bored, but I was genuinely surprised. This class had a great mixture of topics that kept the class engaged in discussion, including me, since I usually struggle with discussing in classes. I find that my brain doesn’t gather thoughts quick enough to keep up with the pace of discussions and it’s something I’m working on. During this class, I still had that issue, but I was able to keep up with discussion more often than I normally can.
