Goal 1: Honors LSEM 100
Reflection
For my Goal 1 requirement, I took LSEM-100. The fun started during new lancer days where we got to meet everyone in our section. Honestly, I feel that being in an Honors LSEM is what helped me become more comfortable with everyone. I’m normally a pretty shy person, so having a class with a group of students that I would live with for the entire year helped me open up quicker than I normally do. While I enjoyed this class, I really wish it was more geared towards our major like the rest of the LSEM classes were. Once I began taking classes for my major, I began to realize how many people there were in the Communication Studies Field. I always thought it was a small major because everyone I talked to had a different major.
