MARK-381: Marketing Research

In class, we learned how to conduct statistical analysis and utilize it in making marketing decisions such as marketing segmentation, product positioning, test marketing, and testing advertising. At the beginning of the semester, we chose a business to study in our school’s town and conducted a focus group with our classmates before designing survey questions for how the business could improve. This was done with the goal of statistically analyzing the results of our surveys for our final project in order to make recommendations for our chosen business, however, due to COVID-19, our class was unable to complete this portion of the project.

Instead of using the results of our own surveys, our professor provided us with a set of data that we were to analyze on SPSS. We had nine different studies that we had to conduct, each utilizing different methods and variables. The results and conclusions that I drew from my own studies can be seen in the presentation that I created below.
