This course was my first experience enhancing a normal course to make it count as an honors credit.  To do this, I did an independent assignment in which I wrote a paper titled “Individualism-Collectivism and Mental Illness: Ties Between Western and Asian Cultures’ Individualistic or Collectivistic Orientations and their Attitudes Towards Mental Disorder” and presented my research at the honors poster session at the end of the semester.
