In January of 2017 I was appointed as a senator on to the Student Government Association. This is my most prized involvement and the one I will miss the most when I graduate. April of 2019 I was elected as the SGA President to serve the student body for the 2019-20 school year. I plan on focusing on making everyone feel like Longwood is their home. Garrett Reese ’19 told me that “to lead is to include” and that is one of my most favorite phrases that I have ever heard and I hope to live by that.
