Despite being an English class, this actually served as a history class for me. We read old literature and analyzed it based off of the prevalent society of that time. I learned a lot about the American culture throughout different time periods both as a whole and as it pertained to writing styles. The teacher was very passionate about the subject and was very amusing to watch. I enjoyed this class a lot. I have included my term paper from the class.
