I had taken French all of high school, but wanted to learn a different language in college. I chose to take Spanish which, having never learned it before, meant I had to take two semesters instead of one. I enjoy learning languages and, with my background in French, already knew some of the common base words. This class was very interesting and quite the unique experience. Sometimes my teacher would bring us Spanish food and that was always delicious. The best part of that class was that I made a great group of friends and we are all sharing an apartment together next year.

I created a PowerPoint in Spanish about a specific Hispanic country’s culture, history, and geography for the end of each semester. However, they are too large of documents to upload here. Instead, I am included a homework sheet from SPAN 210.
