If there was one word I would use to describe my Issues in Theater class, it would be fun. Pure and simple fun. I already have an immense love of theater, so every single day I had this class I would always look forward to it. This class served as a way to relax and enjoy myself. It was a way to escape from the stresses of college for a short amount of time, while still learning new and interesting things about one of my most beloved pastimes. My artifact shows this off in an analysis of a play we were supposed to watch during our semester in class. While I did indeed have actual work that I had to complete, it was work that i wholeheartedly enjoyed doing. Issues in Theater helped to show me that while college is a lot of hard work, it should not be all hard work. There needs to be a balance set up. Work hard, and play hard.
