I learned from this class that I need to focus more on the appropriate format for a scientific assignment. While I readily delved into into the research material, I found that I struggled to differentiate factual text from literary prose. Much of my previous writing experience was in the creative realm, so this was a challenge to be more “factual” and “analytical” in my writing.
