The most memorable part of the class was when Professor Adhikari gave us two “SOL related” assignments. These are things that our future students will have to learn. I had to translate his lectures into lessons that would appropriate for 3rd grade life-science. From there, I developed lessons plans and record teaching demonstrations.
I really relied on Professor Adhikari to help me. I learned how to work through a tough subject with help. There were times when I needed to call on the professor. There times when my 5-person team needed to figure out the challenges together, but I learned how to get through it.
