Reflecting back on the past four years at Longwood University, I am grateful for the numerous opportunities I have had. Being a member of both the Cormier Honors College and the Nursing Program has been a truly amazing experience that I would not have gotten anywhere else. I have grown as a citizen leader and a future health care professional. I have pushed myself academically and set goals for myself in order to graduate in May 2020 with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing Degree with Honors and hopefully Summa Cum Laude. Looking forward to my final semester as an undergraduate student at Longwood University, I am excited to complete my nursing internship and final courses. This experience as an intern in a hospital will allow me to transition from a nursing student into a professional nurse and greatly prepare me for what is to come after graduation. I am thankful for everything Longwood University has given me and look forward to my future career as a registered nurse.
