Wellness: Fitness Concepts, Professor Ewing & Professor Peterson, Winter 2018
I took this course online over winter break during my junior year. It was a unique course since it was a fitness and exercise course, it was only one month long, and it was online. It was an intensified course, as we had to cover the same information and complete the same assignments within one month, rather than an entire semester. We had quite a few assignments throughout this course: quizzes, weekly physical activity monitoring reports, exercise labs, and more. One unique assignment we had was a mini-research mindless eating experiment, where we had to complete our own experiment on at least 5 individuals in order to analyze their mindless eating habits.
