Spanish 111 was one of the classes I was most nervous to take as I came into my first semester at Longwood. I took three semesters of Spanish in high school and did well, but my teacher was very good. I was scared that Professor Sergio would expect our Spanish to be of a certain standard. Although he did expect that, and challenged my class through the Spanish language he made it clear he understood we were all learning. His class was well organized, and I decided to take him again for Spanish 211 for second semester because I enjoyed his teaching methods so much. Below is my first essay I wrote for his class describing myself, my life, and what I like.
