Criminological Theory was the hardest class I took all year. I struggled in the beginning with trying to understand the material of the class. It took extra studying, but I slowly began to dissect some of the theories that we were learning. Our only grades in the class were papers, so this class challenged me to work on my writing skills. After completing this course I realized it how important it is to Criminal Justice as a whole. If the theories were never proposed, who knows what the Criminal Justice system may look like today.
