In this nursing class, we learned about different medications and their side effects. This class is vital in our nursing careers to safely administer medications to the right patients. We were able to enhance this class and nutrition together because they correlate with one another. There are some contraindications to medications that may not allow a patient to consumer a certain food. Therefore, my group and I informed the class about different drug interactions. We also included educational interventions that can be done. Our goal is to continue to educate ourselves on current research to best treat our patients, as well as inform them.
