In this honors enhancement, I will be searched scholarly literature on the topic of Recruitment in an international context for Dr. Woznyj’s book. International Recruitment is becoming more prevalent in today’s society. With more companies operating across different countries, it has been challenging for companies to navigate different cultures, languages, and laws. These emerging problems create a need for studying Recruitment in an international context.
My enhancement class is titled Human Resource Management and covers the topics of Job design and analysis, Job Recruitment, selection, training and development, and Laws. These topics all relate to Recruitment in the international context. It also integrates with my interest and background as an international business student.
Through analyzing the scholarly articles Dr. Woznyj provided, I came up with a research question, ‘ How do technology and AI fit into the future of International Recruitment?’. I created a poster summarising my research findings. I then presented this poster on symposium day next to other Honors Enhancement students.
