In this course, we learned about proper physical activity, stress relief strategies, healthy eating, and healthy sleeping habits. Our goal each week was to do at least 70,000 steps and we had to wear a personal pedometer to be held accountable to this goal. Every two weeks we reported our steps and gave a summary of our activities,as shown below. We also had online quizzes and watched numerous videos abut proper health and how to achieve it. This class helped me become more aware of my healthy and unhealthy habits and guided me in making better choices for my health and well being.
