Service

Service has always been apart of my life, even from a young age I volunteered through my church at various events. I love the reward and outcomes of doing acts of kindness for others. No matter how big or small they might be, giving your time is the most valuable gift to give. From my extreme acts of service like going to Puerto Rico to aid in the construction of a community center to helping a friend with groceries, Longwood facilitates so much of the selfless service. I am so proud of the efforts made every day by everyone around me in the Longwood community. It continues to amaze me how kind everyone is, there is a never-ending opportunity to be kind and helpful to others. The knowledge and understanding gained from service are unparalleled.
