Spring and Summer 2020:
I have been honored by this opportunity to participate in such an amazing program at Longwood University. Sadly, this was definitely the most affected by COVID-19. My spring semester research was cut in half and our poster presentations were virtual. I am forever grateful for the people that still made so many things still possible. So far I have been able to gain the valuable understanding that even if you feel that you are not as knowledgable as others to persevere to be the best you can be, always.
