PSYCH 356: Abnormal Psychology
I absolutely loved this class! This class was for my Psychology Minor and it was my favorite class that I took because it was very into the clinical psychology aspect which is what I am most interested in in the psychology field. For this enhancement, I was able to look at how media portrays mental health specifically dissociative identity disorder. I researched the stigmatisms involved in Hollywood and how that affects someone’s mental health. This was such an amazing project and I was really able to gain a deeper look at how society portrays these issues.
