Read & Write Gold

Read and Write: This is a program that you can download on your computer or other electronic device that will read aloud a PDF or Word file. There are many other benefits to this application like highlighting, talk and type, translator, and more! Faculty, staff, and students can use this as long as you sign in using your Longwood email address!

How to download:

  1.     Visit: https://www.texthelp.com/en-us/products/read-write/#
  2.     Click on try now
  3.     Choose your platform (Android, iPad, Windows, Mac OS, Chrome, Edge)
  4.     Click install
  5.     Select a product (Read and Write for (platform) –US
  6.     It will take approx. 5 minutes to install
  7.     Sign in with Microsoft outlook email (lastnamefirstinitialmiddleinitial@longwood.edu) and password
  8.     The Read and Write toolbar will pop up
  9.     Mess around and get comfortable
  10.     ENJOY!
