POSC 100 – The American Political System
This was an introduction course to the US political system. We learned about how political parties are structured and how culture norms have helped form opinions and our government.
This was my first class that was fully asynchronous. It was weird at first not having a exact time to meet and go over the lecture that day. I did like how I could work at my own time every week whenever I had free time. I feel like having the same stucture every week and having a discussion due every Friday definitely helped me keep on top of the work.
My artifact for this course is my term paper I wrote on the political parties in our government and how party polarization has effected our government. This paper allowed me to explore the key factors that influence us as individuals on how we form.
