Goal 11 – PHED 101

The report below is part of a semester long assignment where the students kept track of their steps for the week (via FitBit).

This class actually made me self-conscious of the time I spend not doing anything or not moving around, such as when I am relaxing with a game or book. I did spend quite a bit of time on High Bridge Trail due to this class however, which is not a bad place to be. This class did not prove to be particularly exciting, but I had a chance to learn a bit of basic anatomy and physiology and the connection behind specific exercises and the corresponding reaction of muscles.
