Termination Policies and Procedures

When termination is required within our facility, it will either be done voluntarily or involuntary. Within our organization, if there is a situation that requires termination, it will be recommended to the individual to resign, therefore not hindering them from being employed in the future. Once a staff member is terminated, that employee will need to return any technology, equipment, and uniforms that has been previously provided by our facility, and leave work immediately.

Grievance Process: A formal employee complaint that can be filed when one of our staff members is negatively affected by violations of workplace of contract terms. In our facility her is the grievance process:

  1. The supervisor and management staff may determine that no valid grievance exists
  2. The grievance may be resolved
  3. The grievance many no be resolved to the staff members satisfaction, and it will move forward in the next step in the process (which means it can be reviewed by the next highest level of management)
