Promotion Policies and Procedures

When a staff member receives a promotion within our facility, they are being rewarded for good, consistent performance by receiving a higher rank or job in the organization. With a promotion, one can see advancement in several areas including salary, benefits, and job activities. When we decide to promote an individual, we are doing so with the prior knowledge that the person is able to handle the added responsibilities.

Here at Elite Performance, we pride ourselves on providing performance promotions. These types of promotions are given to staff members who are showing good work and merit, and will be decided on and give from our management crew.

In addition, all our application promotions goes through our management staff. Our staff members can apply for a promotion in their position, by filling out a written application. This process begins by filling out an application and then fulling up with a scheduled meeting to discuss and interview further. Below are some sample questions that could be asked:

  1. Why do you want to get promoted to XYZ position?
  2. Do you think you need to improve on some skills, or gain some knowledge, to be able to handle the new job?
  3. What are your salary expectations or added benefits you want to receive from a promotion?
  4. Why do you think you deserve this promotion?
