Shift Coverage
If there is a conflict in the schedule, and the employees have proof of them asking for these specific days off, then the management will handle the shift coverage. However, if the employees ask for the day off, no shift changes will be made, and that employee will need to work the shift, unless that person can get someone to cover their shift.
Each employee will get a total of 3 weeks worth of vacation time. If an employee is scheduled off, and they did not previously ask for the day off, management can reach out to them asking them to come in.
