Missed Work/Sick Leave
For unexcused missed work, which will be deemed by the management staff, a two warning system will be in place for all employees. This meaning that each staff member will have two warnings before suspension or termination occurs. Therefore, a valid excuse will need to be claimed to miss off of work.
Each employee will get one week of sick leave total, for the whole year. If an employee does go to the doctors, a doctor note will need to be filed, so that sick day will not be counted as an unexcused missed day instead.
