| Informal Evaluations – Observations – Staff Evaluation Sheet (same for everyone) – Filled out and done by Elite Performance Managers |
- If negative areas arise from observations and evaluations, manager will schedule a meeting with staff
- If positive, staff will be rewarded with things like bonuses, promotions, praise and recognition (employee of week)
In addition with manager evaluations, we pride ourselves on individual and team member evaluations. With this being said, each team member will fill out an individual and staff evaluation form monthly. In these forms, it will allow for each staff member to evaluate themselves as well as provide an insight of the other employees, so us as a facility can ensure the best possible staff.
