Anne joined Elite Performance in 2025 as the Head of Player Development after their graduation at Longwood University. Anne graduated from Longwood University in 2023 with an undergraduate in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Human Performance and a minor in Psychology. In addition to this, Anne went on to get her Master’s degree in Teaching at Wofford College in South Carolina.
Anne’s role within this facility is to prepare athletes for personal, academic, and athletic developmental success. In addition to this, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with athletes to build player commitment and increase the amount of participation within the facility. In addition, Anne specializes in leading and overseeing the whole sport performance section of Elite Performance. This includes making sure and checking in that the right, qualified trainers are working with the athletes. To add on, she ensures that there is minimal risk and severity of potential injuries through appropriate program designs, facility layout, and equipment management. The Director of Performance also collaborates a great amount with the director of competition and the medical professionals to make sure the athletes are put first and healthy, at the same time as improving their performance. Lastly, Anne promotes that the strength and conditioning section executes the facilities strategic plan by adhering to our mission and vision statements and core values of Elite Performance.
