For this course, we created and formed art by using various types of metal (silver, bronze, and gold). We first start our art pieces by researching a theme for each of our art pieces using any images that are related to the theme and gives us idea for designing our art piece. I really like this idea because I can combine various images and created into a jewelry metal by add and remove things that are needed for my art piece. The other thing that I founded interesting about this class is using different methods in creating our own art pieces such as etching, sawing, texturizing, flaming, and polishing metals. After experience taking this class, I feel very more creative in jewelry making such as thinking outside of the box fill with Infinite possibilities to create and adjust artwork using metals and other metallic items to form art pieces.
