Goal: Recreation therapy staff will create a summer program schedule by March 24, 2024
Objective 1: Staff will divide programs from previous summers to determine what we have done in the past so we can prevent repeats and enter it into our agencies database by April 26, 2024.
Objective 2: Weekly 15-minute staff meetings to discuss progress on scheduling and new summer programs through May 20, 2024.
