Scholarship through the Honors College means much more difficult classes and a more intense atmosphere than the typical learning that other students are doing at Longwood. More challenging classes help keep Honors College students engaged and sharp.
My honors classes have kept me engaged to the fullest and have helped me immensely step out of my comfort zone. The Honors College helps my scholarship grow by giving me classes that do interesting projects and push me to achieve the most I can.
Through my honors classes, I have discovered a strong drive in myself to achieve that I had never thought I had before. I am constantly pushing for a better grade and to perform better in my classes. The professors that teach the honors classes are also driven to help their students reach success and be the best they can be.
