THEA 101: Issues in Theatre covered a wide range of information in relation to acting, production, and the history of it all. With such a wide range of material to cover, we would often have to do much of our own research when working on projects.
For this particular group project, we were looking at modern day actors, acting, and the process used to produce a play in modern day theatre. The presentation was mostly oral, so learning the material was key. I found throughout this class that, even though I took part in a number of theatrical productions in high school, there was still a great deal to learn about the process and history behind modern day theatre.
