ART 155 – Basic Principles and Processes of Photography

Due to the fact that ART 155: Basic Principles and Processes of Photography is a film photography class, I was very limited in what I could include in a digital e-portfolio. Although most of our projects were comprised of shooting, developing, and printing pictures the ‘old fashioned way,’ we did have one project in which we researched specific photographers and created a presentation on them.

A main requirement of the project was that all of the information be presented orally, hence the apparent emptiness of the slide show. I have also embedded the notes sheet, which outlines what I talked about in the presentation, for this reason. By looking in detail at more established, successful photographers, I feel that one can improve their own artistic style.
