I took Citizen 110 in the Fall 2019 semester. The class was focused on social entrepreneurship taught by Professor Dolence. Much of the class was focused around group work and projects to try and find possible solutions to real life problems. One of my biggest take-aways from this class was learning how to become a good citizen leader.

This class was also able to give me researching and presenting experience as I was able to present my final project as a poster in the fall research showcase. Conducting the research as a group allowed me to find ways to work with a group of people that I had recently met which presented a challenge as a new college student. We were able to work together and corroborate our research to get together a poster and present our research.
