I took EDUC 245 in Spring 2020 with Dr. Matthews. The class was focused on the development of children and things that could effect that development.
The transition to online classes made this class much different than it would have been. Part of our final project (linked below), was to interview children of three different ages and look into their development. The best way to do these interviews is in person, however, having to stay at home meant that most of my interviews would have to be done over FaceTime instead. This made it harder to watch some of the actions and reactions from some of the children.
