• Creation of a collaborative adult literacy program with the Cumberland Adult Literacy classes held at Prince Edward High School/Career & Technical Education Center.
• Assist with marketing, preparation of materials, scheduling and monitoring tutors, completion of forms and reports and other duties that emerge.

• Identification of marketing opportunities, creation & dissemination of marketing materials, & creation of system to measure effectiveness of marketing.
• Gather & analyze demographic data regarding the various recipients of services provided by the Center; design & product quarterly reports.
• Disseminate & analyze client feedback regarding services provided.
• Manage inventories of educational & clinical materials for the tutoring & speech-language services, searching for materials to meet client needs, & identifying needs for replacement or refurbishment of materials or forms.
