I know I say this about every other class… but this was one of the best ones that I have taken. This class really focused on well-being and how to care of ourselves. This was something that I really needed to learn, and I still use a lot of the strategies from this class without even realizing it. Because of this class, I learned so much about myself and I got to know my peers pretty well.
This class came into my life at just the right time, also. At points, it really feels like it was some kind of divine intervention. Anyways.. This course truly helped me come to terms with a lot of things in life, and it helped me realize who I am as a person. It also helped me establish boundaries, both in personal and professional contexts.
Every week, we did ”diary cards.” This just allowed us to check in with the skills we learned up to a certain point and rate how we actually used them. An example of one is attached.
