History has never been my strong suit, so I anticipated higher stress with this class. Dr. Munson made the material interesting and fun to learn, especially with the in class discussions and group projects. This class enabled me to feel more confident about my public speaking and time management skills, and by the end of the semester I found myself actually looking forward to the class. Greece and the Dark Ages were my favorite subjects covered, and I especially liked discussing whether or not Alexander the Great was in fact “great”. The class was taught by a substitute for a little while, but I still learned more than I thought I would.
