Reflection: One of my favorite parts of this class was the Red Cabbage pH experiment.  We were able to take red cabbage and boil it down to use as a pH tester.  We tested different house hold items pH.  It was interesting to see how a vegetable can be used in an experiment like this.  I had so much fun doing this experiment and it was one thing that stuck out to me about the class.  I enjoy science classes as I am a nursing major.  I enjoy the experiments and challenging myself to learn more about how the world works.
