Professional Activity Spring Semester 2016 and 2017: VNSA Virginia Nursing Student Convention

February 6, 2016 and February 11, 2017

            The VNSA Virginia Nursing Student Convention is a conference with workshops on different topics of nursing that nursing students from all colleges in Virginia can attend.  The purpose of this convention is bring students together to share our passion of learning about nursing.

This convention taught me about broad topics such as pediatric and emergency nursing, while also teaching me test taking and study strategies that I will be able to use throughout nursing school.  The convention is appropriate for all level nursing students and by attending this I received a better understanding of the nursing profession.
