At Longwood University, students are expected to take a number of classes primarily during their freshman and sophomore years. Many colleges would call these General Education courses, or Gen-Eds, but Longwood refines these courses into a polished set of pillars referred to as Civitae. Each Civitae course is listed below in the order it was taken.
